Delivery, explained

From your order to your doorstep.

01

Processing

Preparing an order happens before dispatch. Our shipping policy states: “Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME.”

02

Shipping & delivery

Transit begins after the carrier receives a package. The policy says: “Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your item.” This is the published receipt window, not an extra 2–4 weeks added to processing.

Locations outside the mainland US may take longer. The policy mentions up to 26 days for some European countries and 2–3 weeks shipping time for some high-demand items. Read the full shipping policy.

If it has been more than 30 days and your item has not arrived, please contact us, as stated in the policy. You can also contact us earlier with an exception, a missing delivered package, or a question.

Quick answers

The details customers usually need before contacting us.

Where is my order?
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you haven't received an update or need help understanding your tracking, contact us with your order number.
My tracking says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check around the delivery location, mailbox, household members, neighbors, and any available carrier delivery photo. If the package is still missing, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.

Also check the delivery address on your order and any parcel locker or safe place. Contact the actual carrier to ask about the delivery scan or location. Seaston can help review the situation; you do not need to resolve it with the carrier before contacting us.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the product and packaging and take clear photos so our team can review what happened.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If fulfillment has already begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.
How do returns and refunds work?
Contact our support team before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide the correct next step. You can also read our refund policy .
I don't recognize a charge. Can you help?
Yes. Contact us with the charge date, amount, your name, and only the last four digits of the card. Never send your full card number.
My tracking says “label created.” What does that mean?
The sender has created a shipping label or sent shipment details to the carrier. This status alone does not confirm that the carrier has the package. Check for an acceptance or pickup scan. If it remains unchanged or you are concerned about the timing, contact Seaston with your order and tracking numbers.
Why has tracking stopped updating?
Scans can be delayed while a package moves between facilities, through customs, or between carriers. A gap does not by itself confirm that a package is lost or that it has moved. Check the latest dated scan and the actual carrier’s tracking page. Contact us if the estimate has passed, the status needs action, or you need help understanding the update.
Only part of my order arrived. What should I check?
Our shipping policy says items may ship in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. Check each dispatch email and tracking number; the packages can move on different dates. If an item has no tracking or you cannot match it to a shipment, contact Seaston with the missing item’s name and your order number.
How do I find and contact my carrier?
Look for the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping email or tracking result. Some shipments hand over to a local delivery carrier; use the local carrier name and last-mile tracking number when shown. Visit that carrier’s official website and use its tracking or contact page. Track123 displays tracking information; it is not the delivery carrier. If no carrier is shown, ask Seaston to identify it for you.
What does a delivery exception mean?
An exception means something has interrupted the expected delivery process. Read the actual scan for the reason and any instructions. An address query, attempted delivery, customs issue or weather delay can require different action. Use the named carrier’s official channels for delivery instructions and contact Seaston so we can help review the shipment.
